Our Foundation & Mission
Founded in 2026 by John & Sylvia Alden and a dedicated team, Truth Discipleship Ministry (TDM) was established with a singular vision: to equip pastors and ministers who cannot afford traditional Bible college. We believe that every soul in Sierra Leone deserves access to seminary-quality training, fostering a generation of leaders equipped to serve and sanctify their communities.
Truth Discipleship Ministry Sierra Leone exists to raise up a new generation of Spirit-led, biblically grounded leaders who will transform their nation and region with the full Gospel of Jesus Christ—emphasizing salvation, sanctification, empowerment, and Kingdom living. It combines theological training with practical compassion, particularly for vulnerable children, as it advances God’s truth across West Africa.
